Q: What is the best way for me to receive my cupcakes?
A: Through our local hand delivery service and there is a $30 minimum for local delivery or go through our shipping services.

Q: Do you ship your cupcakes?
A: We do offer shipping for The Cupcake Truffles and our Cupcake-Cups and Cookies but not for our standard cupcake packages. We only offer local hand delivery and at least 48 hours to 72 hours in advance. For shipping please allow 2-5 business days before it ships from our bake shop then your order will ship to you in 2 days via priority mail. We do offer overnight shipping but please allow 48 hours before it ships out from our bake shop , just contact us and we will make arrangements. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FBO addresses and we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or International areas.

Q: What areas do you deliver to and is there a cost?
A: We hand deliver FREE to Southern California's Rancho Cucamonga, North Fontana, Upland, North Ontario, Alta Loma and other areas local delivery starts at $10 and goes up depending on distance, email us for a covered delivery area list. suite106cupcakery@gmail.com

Q: What is The Cupcake Truffle?
A: The Cupcake Truffle is Suite 106 Cupcakery's famous cupcakes hand rolled and made into large truffles sizes and dipped into 100% Belgian chocolate (available in selective cupcake flavors)

Q: What is the Cupcake-Cups?
A: The Cupcake-Cups are jumbo cupcakes fitted right into a cute 8oz jar with cupcakes on the bottom and creamy frosting in the middle with another layer of cupcakes and topped off with more creamy frosting. This product is great for gift giving and it is available in all of our cupcake flavors and is enough for 2 (if you can resist).

Q: Do you have a store front?
A: No not at this time but we anticipate to open our bakeshop in the Inland Empire in 2010.

Q: How do I order?

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal system we also accept e-check. For e-check it typically takes up to 4 days to clear and we have to wait until your check clears to start your order.

Q: What size cupcakes do you offer?
A: We have 3 different sizes standard and jumbo. The standard and Jumbo cupcakes are sold by the dozen, 1 flavor per dozen, mini's are sold per 2 dozen with 1 flavor choice per 2 dozen. Most of our packages come with samplers which have many different flavor choices, just take a look around our online shop. www.suite106cupcakery.com

Q:How long will my cupcakes last?
A: Since our cupcakes and cookies are organic and all natural it is best to eat them upon arrival but if you keep all of our goodies in a air tight container, cupcakes will last for 2-3 days if kept frozen. The Cupcake Truffles will last 7 days if kept frozen and 4-5 days if refrigerated. Cookies will last up to 1 week and 2 weeks if kept frozen . Our Cupcake-Cups last 7 days if kept frozen. Just remember if goodies are frozen to them defrost before enjoying, our cupcake truffles taste great slightly chilled.

Q: Do your cupcakes contain tree nuts ?
A: Yes.... some of our cupcakes contain tree nuts, peanuts and dairy, some of our baked goods may also contain gluten, wheat, eggs, soy also chocolate, fruits and coconut so if you have food allergies we recommend not eating our cupcakes please consult your doctor before consuming.

Q: Do you offer vegan or gluten free cupcakes and cookies?

Q: Do you do custom orders and designs?
A: Yes... we do, please make sure you give us enough lead time for your custom order typically 3 days or more and if you are doing a big event like a wedding please allow at least 3-6 weeks. We have a create your own cupcake package where you can chose your own cake base and frosting, which you can order 48 hours in advance like our normal lead time.

Q: Can I get a custom amount of cupcakes?
A: All cupcakes are sold by the dozen only, 1 flavor per each dozen. Unless you visit us at a farmers market or craft fair near you then you can purchase your cupcakes individually and mix and match flavors.
